“I Want To Remove My Womb” – Toyin Lawani Reveals After Battling With Fibroid For 15 Years

Popular Nigerian entrepreneur and fashionista, Toyin Lawani has left some of her fans and followers on social media in their feelings after coming out to share a story about a challenging aspect of her life that is unknown to many.
In a lengthy write up on her Instagram page, she narrated how she found out she had fibroids at age 23 while she was still pregnant with her first child. She stated that she went through hell as she was bleeding continuously for 9 months when she was still pregnant.

The business mogul noted that now that she is 38, it has been a journey of surgeries and other procedures from different countries yet the health challenge remains with her.

Lawani added that after years of avoiding the only procedure that will ensure a lasting solution, she has now made the decision to have her womb removed considering the fact that she is already a mother of two lovely kids.

According to Toyin, she had no other choice than to book an appointment at the hospital to remove her womb as she had undergone 5 surgeries over the years in Nigeria, UK, Dubai, and the USA but to no avail. She disclosed that after successful surgery, she will share a secret with everyone.
